WOMA 70Y High Pressure Plunger Pump

The ultra high pressure pumps of the Y-series are particularly compact. Due to the small size and low weight, they can be easily installed in unit with very small base frames. With operating pressures of up to 1000 bar, the Y-series pumps are ideally suited to a wide variety of cleaning work, e.g. in the chemical industry, oil and gas industries as well as in the area of ship cleaning. The sealing water system used prevents leakage, enables an especially high durability of the high-pressure seals and counteracts the ingress of air. As an option, pumps of the Y-series are fitted with suction valve lifts. This elegant alternative to a bypass valve allows the water to circulate when no pressure in the pump head and the water tool is not actuated. An alternative available is the pump with coated steel plungers, which enhances wearing resistance and resistance to temperature shocks. WOMA also provides ceramic plungers for the Y-series, which are highly resistant to acids and alkaline liquids. All gearboxes of WOMA pumps have an integral oil cooling system. Additionally, all WOMA pumps are certified according to Atex (ExII2GDT5).
