CLEANING WITH HIGH PRESSURE
The cleaning of process installations, pipelines, equipment, (storage) tanks and heat exchangers, or the preparation and processing of different types of surfaces. Doornbos Equipment offers a solution with high-pressure water technology for every challenge in an industrial environment. We have high-pressure pumps from 350 to 3000 bar (5,000-40,000 psi) and various tools, such as spray guns with different types of heads, surface cleaners and remote-controlled (creeping) robots. We also clean with hot water up to 1000 bar (15,000 psi). Our high-pressure equipment is all SIR (Industrial Cleaning Foundation) certified.
VACUUMING, BLOWING AND DISPOSAL
Dry or wet substances are sometimes released during industrial cleaning and maintenance work. With our vacuum units we can immediately extract, collect and dispose of these substances so that they do not disappear into the environment. Doornbos Equipment offers vacuum units in various designs and with different drives for both dry and wet substances.
SERVICE AND ADVICE
It is also important for industrial projects that you can carry out your work properly and safely. At Doornbos Equipment we therefore always provide to opportunity to advise you. Also on location! This is free of charge and without obligation. In addition, we are always available for you 24/7 and we take immediate action if any issues occur. Issues are dealt with on site, or we exchange the machine.
SAFE WORKING
High quality equipment is of great importance. Especially in an industrial environment. But at least as important is knowing how to work safely. Doornbos Equipment therefore offers various training courses for projects in the industry to work safely with equipment and to work safely in hazardous environments. Think of water jetting safety awareness training or machine familiarisation training.
