WOMA Eco Top Cutter

The cutter carriage is driven by an air motor. The high-pressure water reaches the cutting head via the nozzle pipe. The addition of abrasive substance takes place according to the injector principle, i.e. it is sucked into the cutting head. As water jet cutting produces no thermal or mechanical stresses at the cut or break-off edges, thermally sensitive materials such as plastics can be cut off without any problem. The travel speed is to be selected as slow or fast depending on the type (concrete, steel etc.) and thickness of the material. Eco Top Cutter is also available on request as an Ex-i version for use in potentially explosive atmospheres.
